Hot-dip galvanized precision rolled prestressing bar is processed based on standard PSB full-thread prestressing steel bar, with complete hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment on the whole bar body.  The metallurgically bonded zinc alloy layer completely wraps the steel matrix, forming physical barrier protection plus sacrificial anode anti-corrosion mechanism, effectively resisting erosion from seawater, saline soil, underground acidic & alkaline groundwater, high humidity and industrial corrosive media. Compared with black finish raw bars, HDG PSB bars greatly prolong the service life of underground anchoring, bridge and marine structures.

Adopt standard high-strength hot-rolled threaded steel bar; the whole galvanizing process adopts constant temperature control, will not damage the mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength and fatigue resistance of the steel body itself, stable bearing capacity for long-term prestressed load.

2.Metallurgical Zinc Layer, Superior Long-term Anti-corrosion Ability 
Zinc layer thickness controlled at 80–120μm, compact zinc-iron alloy structure, salt spray test can reach more than 1000 hours without red rust. The zinc layer will preferentially corrode to protect the steel substrate when scratched, with natural self-repair function, service life up to 30–70 years in coastal and underground harsh environments.

3.Integral Full Thread with Complete Galvanization
 Internal and external threads are uniformly galvanized without missing coating, the thread tooth shape is complete and smooth, the matching degree with galvanized supporting nuts & sleeves is not affected, no jamming during on-site twisting and tensioning construction.

4.Strict Pre-galvanizing & Post-galvanizing Inspection 
Carry out surface derusting and cleaning before galvanizing to ensure no oxide residue on the steel bar surface; conduct sampling inspection on zinc layer thickness, adhesion and mechanical indexes after processing, each batch provides complete test documents for project acceptance.
